Return :-
We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns, we will arrange the reverse pickup, and you will be charged Rs.100 for processing the return.

Damages and issues :-
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the you receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items/wrong items(only) must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging as proof, to contact.franklook@gmail.com
After that, we will arrange the reverse pickup for damaged products, and you will not be charged any fees.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items :-
Please ensure that if the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover. If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, We will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges :-
For exchanges, please log in to your account and navigate to the exchange window. You can request an exchange until 10 days after delivery via our Exchange Portal. Once you initiate the exchange process, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the item you wish to exchange. After the original item is picked up, you will receive your new product within 48 hours. Exchanges are free of cost.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: You have only one chance for EXCHANGE your product (which means you cannot return or exchange the product you receive after the EXCHANGE).
Refunds :-
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we get you return product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All refunds are issued as store credit. You will receive an email notification with the details of your store credit once your return has been processed. To use your store credit, simply log into your account on our website. The store credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase at checkout. Note: Your store credit will be expire in 3 months.
